Website and account data

Microsoft Azure hosts this website. To deliver and protect it, the service processes technical request and security information. The legal basis for necessary security processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. If you create an account, we process the name and email you provide, a password hash, verification and session information, and protected authenticator information if you enable two-factor authentication. We use account data to provide and secure the service under Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Account verification and password reset messages are transactional.

Website analytics and cookie consent

Where enabled, Google Analytics 4 provides aggregate traffic reports such as page visits, approximate location and device information. Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps, session recordings, and click and scroll information to help improve the public website. The applicable tools are named in the consent prompt and load only after your explicit consent. Account, administration and privacy pages are outside the measured scope.

Optional analytics use your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Use Cookie settings on the homepage to refuse or withdraw consent. Withdrawal takes effect for future processing. Consent choices are stored in the browser for up to 180 days. Google and Microsoft may process analytics data outside the European Economic Area.
